16" Silver 'Happy Birthday' Letter Balloons

The balloons can be stick on the wall the way you want them to be or make a beautiful banner. Place them at the photo booth area, on the bed, or above a dessert table.
Instructions are included with the package. There are instruction PDF and tutorial videos in this package. You will receive the instructions via email after the package is shipped. *Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.
Recommend only use a hand-held air pump to inflate foil balloons to prevent overblow.

Kindly remained:
- Since the aluminum foil balloon is not shrinkable, please slowly inflate the foil balloon. Inflate the balloon to 80% full with a hand pump, which is easy for controlling the air volume and avoiding burst it.
- If there are two aluminum films that stick to each other, be sure to stop the inflating, gently pull the two layers of aluminum films and then inflate.
- Please store the inflated balloons at a stable temperature. Heat makes the balloon expand, and cold makes it contract
- If you need a floating balloon, please fill the helium on the day of use.
- Sharp objects, unclean surfaces, direct sunlight, and excessive squeezing can easily damage and burst the foil balloon.
- If you accidentally break it during use, you can use clear tape to seal the opening.
Notice:
- Due to the light and screen difference, the item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
