To assemble:

1. Air-inflate balloons of different size
2. Putting balloon on the balloon decorating strip
3. Hanging balloon garland on the wall
4. Add on the small balloons and leaves

Notice:

• Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
• Depending on garland size, the assembly time can take from an hour to two hours. Please plan ahead. 
• Since the garland will be filled with air, you can assemble it 1-2 days prior, and it will still look pretty. 
• The item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
• Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
