- Electric Balloon Pump(An electric air will cut your assemble time in half)
To assemble:
- Air-inflate balloons in different sizes
- Insert Balloons into the decorating strip
- Put garland on the wall
- Add on tissue paper decorations
(make this garland with our step by step instructions or arrange them however you like)
Notice:
- The item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
