Celebrate little one's birthday with this balloon garland complete kit, which is fun and surprisingly simple to put together - no experience required! You can place the garland at the photo booth area, above a dessert table, or on a stair handrail. Wow your little one!
There are instruction PDF and tutorial videos in this package. You will receive the instructions via email after the package is shipped. *Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.

- Assorted 12" 10" and 5" balloons as shown

- 1 Paw Patrol Banner
- 2 Twisting balloons (use on garland)

- Electric Balloon Pump (An electric air will cut your assemble time in half)
To assemble:
- Air-inflate Balloons of different size
- Putting balloon on the balloon decorating strip
- Hanging garland on the wall
- Add small balloons

Notice:
- Keep all kinds of balloons away from fire, sparks and heated surfaces.
- The item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
