This package includes everything you need to make a beautiful piece. Place it on the wall over a dessert table or make it a table centrepiece—a perfect size for a cute small party.
Instructions are included with the package. There are instruction PDF and tutorial videos. You will receive the instructions via email after the package is shipped. *Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.
This kit includes:
- Assorted 10" and 5" Balloons
- 1 Gold Star Paper Garland, 13ft
- 2 Twisting balloons (use on garland)
- 2 3M Damage-free Hanging Clips
- 1 Balloon Decorating Strip
- 20 Glue dots
Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):
- Electric Balloon Pump or Hand-held Pump
To assemble:
- Air-inflate Balloons in different size
- Putting balloon on the balloon decorating strip
- Cut paper garland in different length
- Hanging balloon garland on the wall
- Putting on gold star paper garland

Notice:
- The item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Depending on garland size, the assembly time can take from an hour to two hours. Please plan ahead.
- Since the garland will be filled with air, you can assemble it 1-2 days prior, and it will still look pretty.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
