To assemble:

1. Air-inflate Balloons
2. Build balloon column
3. Make balloons into a chain
4. Add balloon chain on the column

Notice:

• Please place the arch against to a wall. 
• The item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
• Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
• Depending on garland size, the assembly time can take from an hour to two hours. Please plan ahead.
• Since the garland will be filled with air, you can assemble it one day prior, and it will still look pretty.
• Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
