To assemble:

1. Air-inflate balloons in different sizes
2. Insert Balloons into the decorating strip
3. Air-inflate foil balloons then add on the garland
4. Add on Happy Birthday Banner

Notice:

• The item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
• Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
• Depending on garland size, the assembly time can take from an hour to two hours. Please plan ahead.
  Since the garland will be filled with air, you can assemble it 1-2 days prior, and it will still look pretty.
• Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
