You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping details and tracking reference number.

If you didn't receive the order confirmation e-mail, follow the steps below:

  1. Check the Inbox/Junk folders for the e-mail address associated with your Airyday account.
  2. Check the order history in your Airyday account to see if your order has been successfully confirmed.
  3. Contact us if neither of these options solves your issue.

If you didn't receive the installation tutorial email, follow the steps below:

  1. We will send the tutorial email after the package is shipped.
  2. Check the Inbox/Junk/Ads folders for the e-mail address associated with your Airyday account.
  3. Contact us if neither of these options solves your issue.

The estimated shipping duration is calculated upon checkout and depends on the shipping method (standard or express shipping) you select and the delivery address.

Shipping carriers may have a late delivery rate of 3% to 5% due to customs clearance, holidays, delivery location, and weather. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend ordering early.

• Standard Shipping – Ship in BC: 1-4 business days.
• Standard Shipping – Ship in AB & SK: 3-5 business days.
• Standard Shipping – Ship in MB: 5-7 business days.
• Standard Shipping – Ship in ON & QC: 7-9 business days.
• Standard Shipping – Ship in the U.S.: 5-10 business days.

We do not offer pick-up or walk-in.

You may pay for your online orders using Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Wechat Pay.

For further assistance, please fill in the "Contact us" form or email us, providing as many details as possible so that we can investigate your issue.

You can cancel your order before the order status enters the shipping process by visiting your Airyday Account. However, we do not accept an exchange once the request is submitted. A new order must be placed for a replacement.

If you purchased the wrong product, you could cancel your order before it shipped out.

If you want to order more products, please make another order.

If you have entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return merchandise must be unused, not damaged, and returned with all included items in their proper packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the original order date. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

10. Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we don't do curbside pickup for now.

  • All balloons are shipped packaged and not inflated.
