You may return unused, not damaged, and returned with all included items in their proper packaging.
Our return policy is valid for 15 days of the original order date. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.
If you would like to make a return, please e-mail us with your purchase invoice number, full name, phone number, and reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping lable and please ship the package within five days of authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the refund is approved. Please note that customers are responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.
If you received an item that has a problem to use, we'd fix it as soon as possible.
Contact us within 15 days of the original order date, and we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive the replacement product(s) quickly.
Our merchandise is shipped from Surrey, B.C. Canada. We attempt to ship all orders by the next business day following receipt of the order. We can't ship to a P.O. box, and a valid address is required.
Holidays are considered non-business days.
