A customized Sticker is available—for example, Baby Chloe, or Happy 100 days Chloe. The Sticker can use on the Star Foil Balloon.
Instructions are included with the package. There are instruction PDF and tutorial videos in this package. You will receive the instructions via email after the package is shipped. Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.

To assemble:
- Make paper rosettes.
- Air-inflate the foil balloon.
- Stick the banner and balloon wall.
Notice:
- Due to the light and screen difference, the item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement
