This garland is perfect for a birthday, anniversary, and Valentine's day.
*Balloon garlands can definitely be made in advance! All you need is some time on the night before your party to put it together.
*Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.

This kit includes (5ft/10ft):
- Assorted 11" 10" and 5" latex balloons
- 1 Pastel Pink Party Curtain Backdrop (you can add on more curtain on it to make a thick layer)
- 1 Balloon Decorating Strip (To put balloons into garland)
- 2 Twisting balloons (Use to hang garland on the hook)
- 10" Garland includes a dual-action hand pump and easy tying tool
Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):
- Electric Balloon Pump (An electric air will cut your assemble time in half)
- Hand-held Pump

Notice:
- Wall hooks are NOT included. We highly recommend using command hooks to attach to the wall.
- All balloons ship flat and deflate. The kit needs to be put together by the customer.
- The item's colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow a 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
