Instructions are included with the package. There are instruction PDF and tutorial videos. You will receive the instructions via email after the package is shipped. Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.

- Electric Balloon Pump (An electric air will cut your assemble time in half)
To assemble:
- Air-inflate balloons in different sizes
- Insert Balloons into the decorating strip
- Air-inflate foil balloons then add on the garland
- Add on the banners
- Make two balloon stands
(make this garland with our step by step instructions or arrange them however you like)
Notice:
- Due to the light and screen difference, the item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement
