There are instructions and tutorial videos in this package. You will receive the instructions via email after the package is shipped. *Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.

- 1 Gold Black Round Paper Banner
- 2 Command Hanging Clips
- 1 Balloon Decorating Strip
- 1 Glue Dots Sheet
- 1 Dual-action Hand Pump
- 1 Balloon Tying Tool
Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):
- Electric Balloon Pump (An electric air will cut your assemble time in half)
To assemble:
- Air-inflate Balloons of different size
- Putting balloon on the balloon decorating strip
- Hanging garland on the wall

Options:
- Customized Words Sticker: A customized Sticker is available—for example, Happy Birthday NAME or Congrats NAME. (decorate the balloon)

Notice:
- The item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
