Blue Bloom - Paper Rosettes Party Package
Make your stunning paper rosette backdrop by simply fold open the fan and join ends together with the self-adhesive tape to form a circle.
Hanging these high-quality rosettes with the attached strings from the ceilings, arches, or trees, stick to the wall in cute colour combinations, or work these into lovely garlands.
The floor balloon stand kits are matching to the rosettes, which can be placed at the entry, hallway, or photobooth area. Easy to set up, and no need to fill helium.

To assemble:
- Make paper rosettes.
- Air-inflate the foil balloon.
- Stick the banner and balloon wall.
- Build balloons stands.
Notice:
- Due to the light and screen difference, the item’s colour may be slightly different from the picture.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Depending on garland size, the assembly time can take from an hour to two hours. Please plan ahead.
- Since the garland will be filled with air, you can assemble it 1-2 days prior, and it will still look pretty.
- Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement
