*Some balloons in this package are double-stuffed balloons. Double stuffed balloons keep colours stand out and will last longer.

Wall hooks are NOT included. We highly recommend using command hooks to attach to the wall.

All balloons ship flat and deflate. The kit needs to be put together by the customer.

Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
