*Balloon garlands can definitely be made in advance! All you need is some time on the night before your party to put it together.

**Please note all balloons ship flat and deflate.
This kit includes:
- Assorted 10" and 5" balloons as shown
- 1 Gaint Flamingo Foil Balloon, 5ft/60", helium or air
- 4 Artificial leaves
- 1 Balloon Decorating Strip (To put balloons into garland)
- 2 Twisting balloons (Use to hang garland on the hook)

Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):
- Electric Balloon Pump (An electric air will cut your assemble time in half)

- Customized Words Sticker: A customized Sticker is available—for example, Happy Birthday NAME or Congrats NAME. (stick on the balloon)
Notice:
- Wall hooks are NOT included. We highly recommend using command hooks to attach to the wall.
- All balloons ship flat and deflate. The kit needs to be put together by the customer.
- The item's colour may be slightly different from the picture due to the light and screen difference.
- Please be aware the hand pump and the electric pump will only inflate the balloon with air, not helium.
- Please allow a 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
